SINOPSIS: El año es 1979. El protagonista es Mac McPherson, un trabajador de la construcción que se dirige hacia un nuevo trabajo en Georgia. Un hombre duro, pero bueno, McPherson es acusado de asesinato y condenado a la famosa prisión de Black Creek Prison Farm, de la cual no hay escapatoria.
