Sinopsis; El limpiador de un gimnasio de Tromaville es perseguido por una panda de jóvenes
por las propias instalaciones. Mientras huye, tropieza, con tan mala suerte que pisa un monopatín que por allí había y
sale despedido por la ventana, cayendo en la cuba radioactiva de un camión que pasaba por debajo del gimnasio en ese momento.
Esto convierte a nuestro protagonista en un mutante con superpoderes, que usará para defender el bien.
Para ello, deberá frenar las actividades del corrupto alcalde de la ciudad.

Sinopsis; Cuando la Mafia del Pañal toma una escuela para disminuidos
psíquicos en Tromaville y a los chicos como rehenes, sólo Toxie(El Vengador Tóxico) y su sebosos
e inseparable amigo Ladrass pueden salvar la situación. Sin embargo, una explosión en el lugar
tendrá consecuencias funestas, ya que se crea un desorden en el espacio y tiempo entre Tromaville
y su "imagen espejo" de otra dimensión, Amortville. Toxie queda atrapado en Amortville siendo
allí un simple ciudadano de segunda, mientras Noxie, que representa todo lo contrario de Toxie,
descarga su furia contra los habitantes de Tromaville. ¿Podrá Toxie, aparte de averiguar cómo
