Sinopsis: El veterano detective de Nueva York Jack Cole (Steven Seagal) es trasladado al departamento de policía de Los Ángeles, donde deberá trabajar con Jim Campbell (Keenen Ivory Wayans), un joven policía con métodos muy diferentes a los suyos.
