Sinopsis; Jessica acaba de instalarse en Nueva York, donde, al igual que muchas otras jóvenes trata de hacer carrera como modelo. Pero en su primera sesión de fotos en la gran ciudad termina siendo brutalmente violada y torturada. Creyéndola muerta, Jessica es enterrada viva, pero contra todo pronóstico, se las arregla para escapar con vida de su tumba. Ahora exigirá su venganza…
Comentario; Película muy fuerte, la diferencia con las otras (Antiguas y la del 2010) es que aquí la violación es mas el tema central de la película que la venganza ;D ;D
