Sinopsis; Bela Lugosi es el Dr. Feodor Orloff un malvado prestamista, que dirige una agencia de seguros obligando a sus clientes a hacerle beneficiario de las pólizas que deben adquirir por sus favores económicos. Misteriosamente al poco tiempo los clientes aparecen ahogados en el río.
Comentario; Una mas que no hay que perderse del maestro Lugosi.
